If
you like to be outside, near play, and “inside the ropes”, please
consider volunteering to be a course marshal. A marshal’s job ensures
that the players are not disturbed during play and enforces golf
etiquette among the spectators.
Marshals are the “quiet please” people!
Volunteers are assigned to a specific hole and work there throughout the
week. At each hole, marshals are stationed at the tee, landing area,
crossover and green. Volunteers are rotated through each position on
the hole.
Marshals work all week, but are especially needed for
the tournament rounds.
